Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Nurture Body Therapy collects from you when you use this website, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch — details at the end.

Who we are

Nurture Body Therapy is a small massage therapy practice run by Kimberley (Kim) Homewood, a registered nurse and qualified massage therapist. The practice operates from Finchwood Aesthetics, Cherry Orchard Lane, Ashford TN25 7AY. Kim is the data controller for the information collected via this website.

What we collect, and why

There are two ways this site collects data:

1. The contact form. When you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject category and message you enter. This is sent directly to Kim’s inbox so she can reply personally. Lawful basis: your explicit consent when you press Send message, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
2. Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t collect IP addresses, and doesn’t identify individual visitors. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in understanding site usage.

We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers of any kind on this site.

Who has access to your data

Only Kim reads the enquiries you send. To deliver them we use Resend as an email sending service and Google (Gmail) as the receiving inbox — both act as data processors under our instructions. We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, and we don’t use it to market unrelated services to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in Kim’s inbox for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to any follow-up conversation. If you become a client, we may retain relevant correspondence to support continuity of care. If you would like your enquiry deleted, please email Kim (details below) and we’ll remove it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your data;
• ask us to stop using your data;
• complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you feel your data has been mishandled.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. Vercel Analytics runs cookie-free by design. External services embedded in future (for example, a booking widget) may set their own cookies — if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Changes to this policy

If we make substantive changes to how we handle your data, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For minor wording changes we won’t always change the date. You may want to check back occasionally.
